Calumet A house located on the south side of Chicago historic Chatham neighborhood was in need of a complete renovation. The homeowners wanted to remodel their basement, bathroom den, and kitchen that would reflect their modern style. Townsen Architects designed and provided architectural services that allow the homeowners to seek bids for the construction and build-outs of the renovation. The kitchen's warm wood cabinets blend with the floors and countertop while the stainless steel handles and appliances by Viking match the warm honey accent color of the kitchen.
